It is our responsibility, here at Voyage Medical, that we provide effective communication between providers and patients as well as between providers to maintain continuous and safe care.
The Voyage Medical team ensures direct and honest communication. We pride ourselves in providing excellent patient education and having a direct line of communication available for patients to speak with our team members via telephone, email, or text message. We also aim to create a comfortable and safe environment for patients to be open and honest throughout their care with us. We assure all our patients that no questions are “dumb” questions; we acknowledge and celebrate our patient’s questions and concerns as it reveals that the individual is taking care of his/her/their health and being health conscious.
It can be overwhelming and confusing when you are told an abundance of information all at once. Therefore, our healthcare professionals provide step by step instructions and guidance of what is expected before, during, and after the visit. We want to make sure our patients are confident in their care plan and education when they leave our clinic.
