The 27 Laws of Source are a requirement for good documentation practice. These guidelines are meant to support the CRC in familiarizing themselves with regulations organized by the FDA, and ultimately guide them in becoming a strong, knowledgeable, independent Clinical Researcher that maintains data integrity in relation to patient safety.
Voyage Medical takes the laws below seriously. You may be asked by your Senior to attend additional training if you are not applying these laws properly. Furthermore, consistent mistakes will lead to warnings, suspensions, and possible termination. Take seriously the application of these laws.
