A brief introduction about yourself: Why did you decide to join Voyage Medical?

Throughout the years of my professional work, I have gained a lot of expertise in administrative work in various departments, which has been both challenging and fulfilling. I must say I am a neophyte in this field and this is my first clinical-related job and having learned Voyage’s vision and mission made me fall in love with it and fueled my interest in joining the team.

Do you have any achievements you can share? Both Professional and Personal?

For personal achievement, I learned to:

Ultimately, Integrity. It is based on values rather than personal gain. Integrity means adhering to a set of core values and ethical principles, even when no one is watching. Therefore, keeping integrity in the workplace is critical for employees at all levels, but especially as you go up the ladder. Integrity promotes a welcoming and constructive workplace as well as an ethical approach to decision-making. Workplace integrity can be beneficial not only to organizations, but also to individuals. You will acquire respect and trust from your fellow workers and bosses if you demonstrate that you are a trustworthy and reliable person, which can also play a significant role in your professional advancement, progression, and overall success. People with integrity value other people with integrity. Respect is the key!
